You are responsible for encompassing, reviewing, and reconciling accounts, and taking up tasks
related to bookkeeping as well as accounting work such as working on taxes, processing
payments to external partners, and maintaining updated records of invoices. Besides, you will
be handling administrative work in the office and dealing with matters related to the accounting
department in business operations.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Maintain and update the status of accounts receivables and payables.
- Reconcile all bank accounts and resolve all issues in processing the financial statements.
- Assist audit activities.
- Prepare, send, and store the record of invoices on time.
- Prepare and submit tax forms and their filings.
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
- Process general administration functions.
- Evaluate all agreements and invoices and organize customer contracts.
- Create and manage daily paperwork for mailing as well as invoicing.
- Maintain and manage monthly journals, update entries and maintain sub-ledger.
- Conducting routine administrative tasks, such as procurement, recruitment, facility management, and personnel management
- Assisting with other administrative and financial tasks as needed.

**_Requirements:_**
- B.Sc degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator, Accounting, or similar role.
- Fluent in speaking and writing in both English and Mandarin.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCount accounting software.
- Experience in Tally System will be highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of tax procedures and filing.
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.
- Solid data entry skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
