**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee full spectrum of HR function and strategy including payroll, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, employee welfare and training management for Plant.
- Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts.
- Regularly review manpower planning requirements with business lead to ensure the business is adequately resourced to the business plan.
- To monitor, update & keep records on staff salary package, welfare, wellness and health.
- Processing of employment letter and others administration needs.
- Conducting orientations and employee relations counseling.
- Overseeing exit interviews
- Understand the business needs and provide HR solutions accordingly.
- Succession planning and implementation.
- Processing of employees’ attendance record, submission of EPF, monthly payroll, payroll reports and income tax to all relevant government entities.
- To advice management on disciplinary issue, performance issue and provide appropriate actions.
- To evaluate or review of employees’ performance during probationary period or yearly performance appraisal.
- Manage HR budgets as set by management.
- To plan and implements of learning and development programs from time to times according to the business needs.
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Required language(s): English and Mandarin as incumbent required to liaise with China counterpart.
- At least 7-10 year(s) of working managerial experience in manufacturing or plant field are preferred.
- Solid experience and knowledge in local HR practices, statutory requirement, training & development.
- Excellent written & verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Competent in managing disputes/performance processes.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuantan, Pahang.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
