Responsible:

- 1. Production Planning
- First, Planner need to review customer requirement based on customer forecast, Purchase Order and Delivery schedule for plan mass production.
- After done review, Planner must raise
(PLASSEIN-PUR-01 REV03) with fill up the needed material and packaging based on BOM and opening balance (if applicable).
- Once material and packaging done prepare, Planner need to create new

- Monthly Production schedule (PLASSEIN PL-005 REV 09)
- Issue

- Daily key in the output based on production report.
- Need highlight if the daily output not reach target.
- Planning Schedule (PLASSEIN-PL-003 REV 03)
- Based on opening monthly to conduct the final mass production quantity and plug in the data into production schedule.
- By refer to the planning schedule, planner can detect that which day will be shortage or failed customer’ shipment, it easier for planning schedule with limited machines.
- The schedule must be arrange 5 days before shortage (weekdays), if applicable.
- Daily key in delivered quantity to monitor on-time delivery.
- Need review the total manufacturing order quantity if customer’ requirement have changes.
- Delivery schedule (PLASSIEN PL-004 REV03)
- Based on customer ‘delivery schedule will extract the data and share to Store department.
- Need update the delivery schedule to Store Department if customers have changes.
- Recovery plan need to do if able to predict unable fulfil customer call in schedule.
- Monitor delivery performance based on Delivery Order (PLASSEIN ST-07 REV01).

2. Secondary Process
- Issue sales order to suppliers by raise the
(PLASSEIN-PUR-01 REV03) to purchasing department and the quantity must match with customer’ sales order.
- Daily key in delivered quantity to monitor on-time delivery on
- Failed shipment, need ask supplier do recovery plan by sending the parts with few trips to complete the requirement.

3. Material and Packaging Control
- Production department request material
- Production department will issue
(PLASSEIN ST-02 REV01) based on
- Planning only approve MTN based on available
- Planning will need ensure the request quantity cannot over Manufacturing Order.
- Remarks:

- Finish Goods allow to keep 7 - 14 days of buffer.
- Material and Packaging allow to keep 5 - 7 days of buffer.

4. Shot Count
- Planner need to key in the daily output based on production report.
- During shot count reach 30k shots will list down into ‘Mould 50K Service’ list first for tooling department standby.
- Reached 50k will highlighted ‘RED’ colour.

References: Parts must run continuously based on previous colour if can.
