**職位說明 ：**
- 管理和監控所有維護學科（檢查、旋轉、靜態、電氣和儀表）的維護和維修活動，以確保持續的可維護性、可靠性和安全的碼頭運作。
- 透過電腦化維護管理系統 (CMMS) 不斷審查、評估和增強維護計劃（預防性、預測性）的有效性，以最大限度地減少設備故障並優化維護成本。
- 鞏固、審查和監控維護部門的年度營運支出和永續資本支出預算，並確保預算支出在商定的預算和時間表內。
- 管理備件庫存要求並確保根據關鍵資產清單提供足夠的最低水準備件。
- 檢視標準作業程序（SOP）、工作指導（WI）、訓練模組，監控和評估訓練計畫的有效性，以培養維修人員的能力。
- 在進行上述活動時與內部員工和外部各方（例如地方當局、鄰居、顧問、承包商和供應商）聯絡。
- 在規定的時間內領導機械/安裝根本原因故障分析（RCFA）並審查調查報告。

**預期熟練程度：**
- 教育背景：機械、電氣、維護管理或同等相關課程學位。
- 至少 15 年石化/化學產業工作經驗。
- 熟悉碼頭或工廠操作（即壓力容器、儲槽、旋轉設備、船舶設備系統、電氣設備、DCS 和維護管理系統）。
- 了解安全法規、行業標準和最佳實踐。
