- Maintaining a high level of quality service & customer satisfaction
- Achieving business goals by maximizing revenue while minimizing wastage/losses with strategic inventory management.

**Qualifications**
- **> 7 years of Retail F&B **management experience within **Western Cafe** **(i.e. Pasta, Bakery & Pastry)** environment**.**:

- Proven track records in generating **business revenue** & growing **multiple outlets**.
- High business & finance acumen with good budgeting skills
- Experience in analyzing sales and managing inventory
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
- 5 working days (Monday to Friday)
- Permanent vacancy based in PJ area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM19,000.00 per month
