Biopower Sdn Bhd is a healthcare consulting firm that aims to improve healthcare for Malaysia. Our current project is to work with pediatricians and a early intervention centre focused on providing early intervention to children with Autism, learning and behavioural difficulties.
- We are looking for a dynamic ABA Therapist able to be independent and work with the EIP centre to manage the students.
- Prior work experience of at least 2-5 years in the field of early learning and intervention to excel in this role, you must be playful, positive natured and a create warm conducive environment for children in relation to their condition.
- As an ABA Therapist, you must be willing to adapt, are resilient emotionally, physically fit to play and have high levels of ownership and responsibility.
- This role will provide you a option for a partnership if you want to pursue a career in child psychology, early intervention or in special needs education.
- To qualify you will need to meet the following criteria:

- **The intake for this role - May**:

- Degree or Masters holder in relevant field
- Able to build a framework of early intervention for respective conditions and work with EIP centre
- Open to commuting to and fro clients home(s) (for home based therapy)
- Work well and collaborate with EIP centre and pediatricians.
- Work well under pressure and open to two wayfeedback in setting up protocols
- There are always new updates to therapy, keeping in touch with them is a must and following evidence based therapy for ways to improve existing protocols and your outlook of the condition is a mindset that we look for.
- Mutual respect for colleagues, a clear communicatorand team work is important to us.
- Having management experience is important if your ultimate goal is being part of the practice.

- Provide in-centre services, home-based or school-based support (to be determined per case basis)
