Our company is looking for Mailroom Clerk based in Shah Alam Seksyen 15.
Job description
- Need to cover/backup all mailrooms
- Prepares delivery and receiving schedules, assigns and reviews work routines, provides employee training, participates in the selection of new staff, and provides technical guidance to subordinates.
- Performs a physical audit and quality control checking of the non-critical packages and review of critical packages.
- Performs causative research activities on missing, lost, or stolen mail products
- Performs inbound and outbound mailroom shipping and receiving functions
- Provides critical information for audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation
- Maintains all required documentation to meet the required security compliance standards and to meet audit control standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Forms, spreadsheets, data analytics
