**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on performance metrics such as ROI, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Utilize analytical tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
- Identify and test new channels and tactics to expand the reach and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing and utilize results to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor industry trends and stay updated on best practices in digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Performance Marketer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience with analytical tools like Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
- Ability to interpret and leverage marketing KPIs to drive improvements in campaigns.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinking with a strategic mindset to drive innovative marketing solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant platforms.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
