**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver effective lessons tailored to the individual needs and learning styles of students.
- Be flexible in adjusting teaching strategies and methods to accommodate different learning paces and challenges faced by students.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates students to actively participate and strive for academic excellence.
- Assess students' current understanding and progress through regular evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Develop and utilize appropriate teaching materials, resources, and technologies to enhance the learning experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching higher secondary level students in Science, Mathematics, English, Geography, and History.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility in schedule to accommodate morning and/or evening tutoring sessions.
- Passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students succeed academically.
- Prior experience with online teaching platforms and resources is a plus.
