**Your new responsibilities**:

- Manage operations and workflows of production processes to maintain high quality and ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze and work with Process Modules, Line Control Industrial Engineering on tools capacity utilisation and bottleneck tools management
- Drive with Line Control the operation and cross-functional teams to meet Cycletime targets with 100% Products on time delivery and other production KPI's
- Co-chair with Line Control the daily operation meetings to identify major issues affecting production KPI's and drive operation and cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions
- Drive continuous improvement activities on the shopfloor to achieve operations excellence in EHS, cost, quality and productivity
- Drive operation teams to maintain 5S in the cleanroom
- Drive with Line Control the operation teams on wip management strategy and achieve 100% FPS scheduler compliance rate and wip linearity
- Support new product introduction activities by providing production and tool resources to achieve agreed Cycletime
- Drive Lean Toyota Production System Culture on the shopfloor

**What we look for**:

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Science
- More than 10 years of production management experience with Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement project management and leading cross functional teams
- Skilled in OEE, SPC, FDC, 8D problem solving, FMEA, DMAIC, TWI, Primos, Protos.
