- Operate and monitor wave soldering machines to ensure optimal performance
- Set up and calibrate wave soldering equipment according to production requirements
- Perform routine maintenance on wave soldering machines to prevent malfunctions
- Collaborate with production teams to meet quality and production goals
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols ensuring wave soldering operations

Secondary Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Assist in the training of production staff on wave soldering processes
- Maintain accurate records of machine settings, maintenance activities, and production data.

- Operate wave soldering machines to solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards.
- Set up and calibrate wave soldering equipment based on product specifications
- Performs routine maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments on wave soldering machines.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and address soldering issues promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during wave soldering operations.
- Plotting wave soldering reflow profile.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments on baking oven machines.
- Set up and calibrate Ultrasonic washing machine equipment based on product specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments on Stencil cleaning machines.

Qualification: - High School/diploma or equivalent

Proven experience as a wave soldering Technician in a manufacturing

**Physical Job Requirement:

Ability to lift and carry moderate loads.

Comfortable standing for extended periods.

Manual dexterity for handling small electronic components.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
