**Requirement:

- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Human Resource & Administration.
- Knowledge in Industrial Relation/recruitment/Foreign Worker management is required for this position.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently, assertive, practice, self
- driven with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Willing to work at Olak Lempit, Banting, Selangor.
- 15 minutes from KLIA.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establishing and implementing Manpower Planning and Recruitment System to ensure proper process is carry out such as procedures in pre-selection, interviewing, selecting and post selection.
- Formulating and designing of employee handbook, rules and regulations in compliance with the Labour Law and Industrial Relations Act to ensure consistency practice to protect the company interest at all time.
- Reviewing the Company Compensation Plan & Fringe Benefit System.
- Improvising Wages Structure, Salary Scale & Staff Grading.
- Improvising and administering the Annual Performance Appraisal System.
- Setting up Company's Policies and Rules & Regulations.Administering disciplinary action system.
- Establishing and retaining Administration Management Plans for supporting the organization daily business operation.
- Identifying training needs of their personnel and organizing training program to meet the needs.
- Carrying out and implementing all the relevant SOPs and ISO procedures.
- Liaison with Labour Department, Industrial Relations Department, EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax Department.
- Responsible to coordinate labour movement such as Recruitment, Termination, Promotion, Transfer and Confirmation.
- Handling grievance and provide counselling and advise to employees to improve industrial relations.
- Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
- Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
- Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
- Liaise with Foreign Workers Agency, Kementerian Dalam Negeri, Immigration Department for all formalities involving foreign workers and expatriates.
- Preparing documentation for foreign workers and expatriate intake.
- Prepare the Employment Contract for Foreign Worker and Expatriate.
- To conduct the Introduction and Orientation Program on the Foreign Worker and Expatriate newly join employee’s reporting work.
- Support documentations for new foreign workers’ and expatriate arrivals for airport clearance.
- To perform all other duties related to onboarding and exit (COM) of foreign workers and expatriate.
- Prepare workers’ Fomema Application Form and follow up on Fomema results.
- Manage rehiring.
- To notify Labour Office, Insurance Company and SOCSO Department for foreign workers and expatriate accident case and claim.
- Preparation of monthly Foreign Workers Management report.
- Report to Police Station and Immigration Department for any case foreign worker and expatriate employee runaway.
- Handling grievance and provide counselling and advise to foreign worker and expatriate employee to improve industrial relations.
- Responsible for verifying and coordinating monthly payroll preparation.
- Prepare payroll analysis report and statutory report i.e. bank advice cheque, EPF, SOCSO, CP39 and etc.
- To prepare monthly Labour Costing Report in accordance to Payroll Detail Report.
- To verify employee monthly contribution of EPF and SOCSO and deduction of Income Tax to the respective authorities.
- To liaise with Labour Department, Industrial Relations Department, EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax departments.
- Responsible for overseeing employee day-to-day attendance and take disciplinary action against employee if necessary.
- Liaison with Labour Department and Occupational Safety and Health Department if deemed necessary.
- Verifying the employee monthly petty cash claims, annual & medical leave do not exceed their entitlement limit.
- Prepared monthly medical and employee petty cash claim or expense reports.
- Maintaining proper filling record of all employees’ personnel document and update employee personnel file from time to time.
- Informing Department Head on employee confirmation and issuance of Letter of confirmation, termination and extension of probation period to employee concerned.
- Monitor HR Assistant in general administration work such as leave record, overtime calculation, filing of records.
- To contribute Kaizen idea's for HRA towards Departmental Objective.
- You are required to perform other tasks as stipulated by department heads.

**Administration Function**:

- Assist Department Head in establishing and retaining Administration Management Plans for supporting the organisation daily business operation.
