Dc Supervisor

**LOCATION : ABX EXPRESS Bandar Baru Bangi**

13, Jln P10/16, Taman Perindustrian Selaman, 43650 Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor.

**Responsibilities**:

- To manage all the arrival parcels by sorting it to the correct destinations.
- To ensure the parcels are well handled.
- Documented and scanned in all transit as procedure/SOP set up by the company.
- To check, monitor inbound and outbound shipment from branch and company agents.
- To monitor daily delivery performance and pick up each sub.
- Physical checking all shipment at Hub.
- To assist customer service for customer complain.
- Monitoring workers productivity and service level.
- Develop workers sorting, scanning, identify parcel skill.
- To ensure all shipment have been sorted and taken out for delivery.
- To monitor and supervise couriers’ attendance and performance to complete all deliveries and pickups.

**Job Requirement**:

- Possess good mathematical skills.
- Ability to distinguish different goods.
- Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
- Can operate and knowledge of computers.
- At least SPM level.
- Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience.**:
