**Senior / Junior Account Management Executive (Key Account)**

**Salary range**:

- Basic Salary Junior: RM 2,500 - RM 2,800 + Commission (Fresh grads with similar intern experience also consider)
- Basic Salary Intermediate RM2,800 - RM3,300 + Commission
- Basic Salary Senior RM3,000- RM 3,800 + Commission

Performance based commission, approximately RM 1K - 3K monthly if achieve

**Working location**: VSQ, PJ

**Working Hours**:9am - 6pm; Monday - Friday
- Ensure on-boarding processes meet overall campaign schedule and develop appropriate mitigation plan to secure on-boarding completion date
- Develop positive relationship with the customers, focused on overall campaign delivery
- Perform campaign monitor, control and report campaign execution status, progress and KPIs, ensure full and effective reporting to management such as weekly/monthly report and campaign reviews
- Set priorities to achieve objectives and record all data related to campaign status and communications
- Identify and fulfil customer requirements, regularly inform the customers on campaign status, and share information of campaign plan with the customers
- Coordinating internal resources for the flawless execution of on-boarding process
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Supply recurring reporting to customer regarding their campaign performance
- Towards the end of customer contracts, discuss renewal opportunities and work to maintain customer relationship with new contract agreements
- Handle inbound calls from campaigns referral, obtain consumer information and needs
- Record consumers' information in internal system

**Requirements**:

- Preferably Degree / Diploma in business marketing / business development / business admin or equivalent.
- Language skills: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Cantonese. Cantonese & Mandarin language is a must as to deal with Hong Kong / China Customer
- Preferable at least 1 years working experience in dealing with customers and customer relation management. Working experience in key account/ project admin is a bonus
- Must have ability to read Mandarin, as this position sometime need as middle man to help overseas client liaise with translation team for project info. Must know how to speak Cantonese as well

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
