Job Description:
As a Bowling Center Supervisor at Wangsa Bowl, you will oversee the daily operations of our bowling facility and contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

- **Customer Service Excellence**: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable time at the bowling center.
- **Staff Management**: Supervise and coordinate the work of bowling center staff, including lane attendants and front desk personnel. Provide guidance, training, and support to maintain a cohesive and efficient team.
- **Operational Oversight**: Monitor and manage day-to-day operations, including lane assignments, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness of the facility. Ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing and overseeing bowling leagues, tournaments, and special events. Coordinate with the events team to ensure successful execution.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of inventory levels for bowling equipment, shoes, and other supplies. Place orders as needed and maintain accurate records.
- **Sales and Promotion**: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement and increase revenue.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a recreational or entertainment setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of bowling equipment and scoring systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Shift 2 : 3.00PM - 11.30AM**
**Every week rotational Shift

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
