**What You'll Be Doing**:

**Data-Driven Decision Making**: Use data and feedback gathered in the field to contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes.

**What You Bring**:
**Recruitment Experience**: Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred, but if you have a passion for people and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you

**Excellent Communication**: Strong interpersonal skills are a must. You'll be the face of our company, so effective communication is key.
