Job brief

We are looking for a competitive retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Sales Assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

Requirements and skills
- Assist in all aspects of a retailing outlet operation, especially display, reports, stock count, merchandising and cleanliness.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and maintain good relationship with all customers.
- Provide efficient after-sales service to the end users of company's products.
- Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement, sales growth and quality customers.
- Maintain good communication and working relationships with colleagues for achieving teamwork.
- Monitor team productivity.
- Other duties which assigned by the Company.
- Possess at least a SPM qualification with pleasant personality
- Possess good work ethics, positive attitude, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills and sales-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and any additional language would be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Kuala Lumpur (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
