Mechanical Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other related systems.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop detailed mechanical work plans and schedules.
- Ensure that mechanical installations comply with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
- Monitor the performance of mechanical subcontractors and vendors, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure quality workmanship.
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems and equipment to identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies.
- Manage the procurement of materials and equipment required for mechanical installations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Provide technical guidance and support to mechanical construction workers, resolving any technical problems or conflicts that may arise.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and trades to coordinate workflow and resolve conflicts or issues that may impact project progress.
- Maintain accurate records of all mechanical activities, including work orders, inspections, and equipment maintenance.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel involved in mechanical construction activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Proven experience working as a mechanical supervisor or similar role in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to mechanical construction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
