Position: Account Executive

About Us:
As an Account Executive at IW Properties, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our company. You will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing valuable insights to support our business growth. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, interact with diverse teams, and contribute to the success of a leading real estate agency.

Position Overview:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Conduct regular reconciliation of financial accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in financial operations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, clients, and vendors, to address financial inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and best practices to maintain compliance and enhance financial processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- CPA certification or relevant professional qualification is a plus.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
