1. Prepare sales invoice

2. Update & maintain accurate accounting entry into accounting system

3. Manage proper documentation & filling for record keeping

4. Manage customer & supplier statement of accounts and update receipts

5. Check the staff claims forms

6. To prepare daily report, monthly report for monthly expenses

7. To assist in accounts transactions, checking, verification & follow up.

8. Must have accounting knowledge

9. General admin support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Good interpersonal skills, responsible, positive attitude, multiple task and independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
