Claims Analyst

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Handles, investigates, negotiates, and settles claims within authority limits in accordance with company policy. Ensure claims are processed in accordance with the Company’s Claims Service Standard and Bank Negara’s Guidelines on Claims Settlement Practices (minimum standard).
- Handles Claims in such a way as to maintain the Company’s reputation for high-quality service and customer satisfaction (speedy and fair dealings).
- Review/follow-up on all outstanding claims on regular basis to ensure claims reserves are adequate and status updated during the review exercise. Maintain a low pending ratio of outstanding claims (prompt disposal of claims to reduce the number of outstanding claims).
- Informs and updates senior or Superiors on any deficiency on policy coverage and adverse claims trend so that corrective measures could be taken by the appropriate departments.
- Assist in organizing workflow and allocation for effective handling of claims. Ensures that policies and procedures are followed. Service standards are maintained and claims data processing input are accurate and maintained at a high standard. Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Registered a new claim via online, handled walk-in customers &, etc.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
