Conductor (Karak, Pahang)

Responsibilities: '¢ In-charge of daily field operation and upkeep activities of coconut and oil palm '¢ Management of coconuts nursery '¢ Maintenance of the electric fence '¢ To ensure field access roads are in good condition and maintenance of drain '¢ To carry out any other assignments as may be given from time to time Requirements: '¢ Minimum Diploma in Agriculture or equivalent '¢ Minimum 5 years of working experience in estate '¢ Knowledge in oil palm, coconut, orchard and nursery maintenance '¢ Thrives working in a team environment and ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure '¢ Integrity, self-motivation and willingness to learn new skills '¢ Good interpersonal and communication skills '¢ Good discipline and able to work independently '¢ Multitasking and resourceful as a team player
