Project Assistant

The company is the authorized agent for J&E Hall International Ltd. products, supply, and service/repairs in the Marine Industry. HHTE has been in the industry since 2003 and has four branches around Malaysia. The company has established strategic synergistic alliances with established, experienced, dedicated local and foreign companies.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Assistant at HH Tech Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd located in Seri Manjung. The Project Assistant will be responsible to collaborate with Project Manager in developing detailed project plan including timeline, milestone and resources allocation. The Project Assistant will be communicating and liaising with clients to clarify on project requirements. He/she will be proactively managing changes in project scope and monitor and co-ordinate subcontractors performance. The Project Assistant will be required to prepare and deliver progress report in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**
- A recognized Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and equivalent discipline
- Proficiency in Project Management Software and Tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, Project AutoCad)
- Willing to travel to project sites located around Malaysia (Accommodation & Allowances provided)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
