- To drive and ensure smooth running of Bosch Production System (BPS) activities to be in line with company goals and objectives at the operations area of the plant (As BPS Plant Coordinator), which covers coordination, planning, implementation and effectiveness:

- To coordinate BPS System CIP Process Cycle, BPS Point CIP Process Cycle and other BPS topics, in terms of workshops/assessment/trainings for the plant.
- To coordinate System CIP Projects workshops and analysis on value-streams and process flows.
- To drive one of the key System CIP Project.
- To track key improvements projects and benefits for the plant.
- To chair BPS Steering Committee Meeting for the plant and track status (BPS CpC and others).
- To promote the usage of BPS tools and methods.
- To support Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) activities for the plant (supports the CIP Plant Coordinator), in terms of Leader CIP, System CIP, Point CIP, CIP Assessment, CIP trainings and others.
- To lead and coordinate the lean-waste identification program for the plant, by identifying waste and propose key improvements potentials to area owners and managements.
- To provide support of the problem solving practices and competences for the plant. Supports the plant problem-solving expert.
- To support Benchmark and Yokoten activities.
- To perform and coordinate plant BPS quarterly self assessment, bi-yearly BPS essential assessment, and Yearly cross assessment.
- To support suggestion programs (e.g. ~ MII/Suggestion System and Production Improvement Suggestion) and Innovative Creative Circle (ICC) program. Supports the Suggestion Plant Coordinator.
- To provide support of 5S training and activities. Supports the 5S Committee leader.
- To support policy deployment workshop facilitation and Balance ScoreCard (BSC) & Target Charts (TC) compilation.
- To drive the plants BPS activity aligned with plant BPS Vision, Mission direction and BPS Road Map deployment.
- To conduct BPS training (as qualify trainer) for PgP1 associates.
- To coordinate and provide coaching on BPS Speedweek and Jitsuken.
- To provide support and project coordination on Plant expansion program focusing on Material flow, transportation and space optimization.
- To carry out any duties by the immediate superior from time to time.

**Qualifications**

1. Min. 5-8 years working experience in manufacturing environment (TPS, Lean, 6 Sigma, 5S).

2. Degree in Engineering. Major in technical module will be an advantage.
