**Job brief**
As Concierge Security, you will demonstrate the utmost professionalism, representing the property at the gate. The goal is to create unique, memorable experiences for all guests and visitors.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and coach the concierge security team in customer service and handle escalated customer service issues as needed
- Schedule duty roster for the security concierge team
- Plan and coordinate security concierge services during events/special situations
- Schedule roster for security concierge
- Greeting and welcoming guests/visitors at the main gate during peak hours in a courteous and professional manner
- Responding to inquiries by guests and visitors at the gate
- Direct vehicle traffic and control parking bays.
- Be well aware of the products/outlets that are available and its operational hours
- Escorting guests/visitors to areas of the property if they ask for direction
- Monitor guest/visitors movement in main areas of the house in a non-intrusive way
- Ensure that hotel areas are properly cordoned off to avoid any leaks into hotel areas
- Able to use PC/Internet to help bookings/getting information for guests or visitors
- Manning the tour ticket counter
- Able to reconcile tour sales taking and handing over to the reception
- Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
- Check and report on defects in any surrounding areas of the house
- Work closely with the front desk so that all communications are consistent
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as concierge or bell service
- Has a rich customer service background with good command of English
- Pleasant and welcoming outlook
- Able to maintain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Committed and reliable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

License/Certification:
- D, B2 (preferred)
