Account Assistant

Manage General Ledger (GL), Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR)
- Perform and monitor daily Cash Flow
- Managing and keep accurate records and receipts
- To ensure and practice a proper filing of documents are maintained
- Issue and Process Invoices, Debit Note, Credit Note & Journal Entries.
- Manage monthly stock check for stock control & ensure physical stock tally with data system.
- Reconciliation of accounts payable, account receivable, bank reconciliation, intercompany balance, etc.
Jobs Requirement:
- Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/ Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Business Studies / Administration / Management or Equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience in related field.
- Required Skill(s): Accounting Basic, Microsoft Office, Autocount or any accounting software
- Able to communicate well in Mandarin.
- Full time position(s) available.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
