**Job Responsibility**:

- To be actively involved in online marketing
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
- To create appointments to meet and present with potential clients
- To check and process documents relating to conveyancing of properties

**Requirements**:

- Posses own transport, laptop and smart phone
- Someone that committed and eager to learn
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Note: This role is commission
- based.

- 积极推广行销，通过多种渠道、多种方式，让更多客户了解我们的服务
- 为客户提供更多、更好的选择，确保他们能找到最适合的房源。
- 安排并陪同客户参观房子单位，让客户更好地了解房源的各个方面，直观地感受居住环境。
- 充分了解客户的核心需求，匹配并提供合适房源，有效地解决客户遇到的问题，让客户满意度提高。
- 准备必要的文书工作，如合同和契约等，确保交易的合法、规范、顺利进行。

**需符合：**
- 自备交通，手提电脑，手提电话
- 能操流利中文優先 ， 以便能与顾客沟通
- 有无经验仅可
- 欢迎应届毕业生或是任何领域具有经验、正在寻找更好机会或良好的职业的道路的你申请
