Responsibilities:
1 Take charge of Stamping machines

2 Continue improvement/ implementation to meet the OEE target set for production.

3 Work with tooling department for tool maintenance & improvement

4 Work with QA for Set up/ In-process approval process. Close Process Failure Report (PFR)

5 Work with Production/ Process Engineer for any new testing/ improvement program

6 Perform tooling set up the machine as per the daily planned schedule and run the machine according to quantity planned.

7 Perform daily machine inspection/ sensor verification and record as per Work Instructions.

8 Requisite material as per planned production order for daily activities.

9 Proper documentation record to ensure compliance with quality standards.

10 5S - Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain.

11 Other Adhoc jobs arranged by Superior/ Manager

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
**Experience**:

- handling stamping press machines.: 2 years (preferred)
