**Job Descriptions**

1. Manage documentation and filing, record and data entry key in.
2. Prepare and issue Sales Order, Delivery Order, Invoice and related documentation.
3. Assist in the coordination of delivery.
4. To handle general administrative duties and to assist maintaining proper filling system, documentation and records.
5. Pick up phone call (e.g. Customer/Salesman phone ordering, customer enquiry etc.)
6. Liaise with hypermarket promoter for daily order and customer feed back.
7. Taking and handling customers order.
8. To complete daily order fulfilment in terms of order arrangement, picking and packing. Able to meet tight deadline.
9. Administrative works supporting operational stuff.
10. Assist any ad hoc task instructed by company/management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in the FMCG industry.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (will be an added advantage)
- Can start work immediately.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
- Preferably with experience in administrative work.
- Familiar in Autocount system will be an added advantage.
- Good team player and possess good working attitude, sense of responsibility.
