Litigation Officer

Prepare documents required to file cases effectively and independently.
- Attend any request from customer pertaining to civil proceeding.
- Attend, work and execute the civil action against defaulted borrower.

**Job Requirement**
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to handle multiple task at any given time and to complete task within the requisite time
- Strong command in Malay and English (spoken and written)
- Able to work under pressure, committed and meet a tight deadline
- Good working attitude, self-motivated with initiatives and responsibility and a good team player

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sungai Petani: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Litigation: 1 year (preferred)
