Responsibilities:
Group Data Governance Standard
- To support 18 local business units and Group functions (Operations, Investment, Human Resources, Finance and Compliance) in implementing the Group Data Governance Standard

Software and Hardware
- To manage and upgrade the Groupwide data governance platform VM
- To manage and upgrade the Groupwide data governance software
- To liaise with external vendors on the data governance software and VM upgrades and renewal

Groupwide Data Dictionary
- To maintain and enhance the metamodel for the Groupwide data dictionary on the data governance platform.
- To maintain and enhance the Groupwide data dictionary, including Critical Data Element (CDE) definitions, data quality rules, reference data, data domains, data owners, database mapping, personal information labels, data classifications, metadata, business glossary and BU customisations, etc., on the data governance platform.
- To support and upskill the local business units and Group functions on using the data governance tool for the Groupwide data dictionary.

Data Quality Assessments
- To onboard local business units, Group functions and additional databases onto the Groupwide data quality assessment tool and the Group data quality dashboards
- To develop, enhance and perform data quality assessments for CDEs using the data quality assessment tool for local business units and Group functions
- To develop, enhance and share methodology and frameworks for data quality assessments using the data quality assessment tool for the local business units and Group functions to adopt
- To schedule, monitor and fix monthly data quality assessment production runs
- To develop, enhance and produce monthly Group data quality dashboards for local business units and Group functions using the data quality assessment tool and PowerBI
- To collect and consolidate data quality metrics from local business units and Group functions for producing monthly data quality dashboards using the data quality assessment tool and PowerBI
- To develop, enhance and produce data quality exception reports for local business units and Group functions using the data quality assessment tool
- To support and upskill local business units and Group functions on using data quality assessment tool for data quality assessments and database metadata scanning

Data Quality Issue Management
- To enhance and maintain data quality issue management (DQIM) on the Groupwide data governance platform to track data quality issues and drive data remediation
- To develop, enhance and produce monthly Group data quality issue management dashboards on the data governance platform

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 years of experience
- Degree in IT (preferred with technical background as expected to manage the server upgrade).
- Experienced with Data governance implementation
- Technical : Data Governance Tool - Data 360 precisely (equivalent informatica)
- Season manager with Management/ people Manager skill self-starter / Hands on / has sense of ownership.
- Need to manage 2-3 team members.
- Expectation : taking ownership to work with BU to drive the initiative.
