**Senior Project Manager JD**
- To reinforce our operations team, we are looking for an experienced Infrastructure and Software Project Manager. As a Project Manager you take the lead in development projects begin-to-end. With the help of a dedicated Product Specialist, you manage the functional scope of a project. You manage the project financially and you ensure the project is implemented in line with our quality standards.
- Subject matter expert with regards to technology domain, preferably industry expertise, to improve all aspects of project planning and resource management
- Analyse, plan and develop business and technical requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
- Research, evaluate and document the hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company
- Define project governance structure, roles and responsibility of the project team members, reporting requirements with key stakeholders, project approach (agile preferably), timing and risk impact all aligned properly simultaneously and continuous review and update final project integrated master plan.
- Manage, monitor and report project health checks and progress updates on weekly basis to ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget
- Conduct regular technical team meeting to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Prepare and report monthly project dashboard, health checks, performance summary and status summary
- Provides project management advisory services to all team members
- Conduct structured knowledge transfer activities for the identified client IT personnel and monthly report on the progress of these activities
- To perform any other duties required by client Management and Chief Digital and Information Officer
- Attend and perform any additional requirements by management or project.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM7,000.00 per month
