**Assist Project Manager in project planning and to coordinate, execute and oversee all work on site.**
- **To manage the construction works to achieve the required quality.**
- **Liaise with subcontractors and ensure all relevant technical details are resolved for smooth execution of work.**
- **To ensure the projects meet the stipulated dateline and quality requirements by closely monitoring and supervising the work of the subcontractors.**
- **Manage, supervise and coordinate all project activities and resources related to the assigned project.**
- **Coordinate subcontractors on site to ensure all activities are completed on time based on project requirement.**
- **Preparation of daily report and other related paper works to the manager upon request.**
- **Willing to work if the company has an outstation project.**
- **Monitor and follow-up on the progress of the project.**
- **Attend all project coordination, technical or site meetings and regular inspection on site progress.**
- **To execute work assigned according to schedule through proper planning.**
- **Perform any other tasks as and when required.**

**Skills : -**
- **Strong leadership to manage subcontractors**
- **Resolve issues on sites**
- **Communication skills to motivate and instruct the subcontractors, and report to management.**
- **Attention to detail is important to check work quality and deal with paperwork.**

**Requirements : -**
- **At least 2-3 year of working experience in the related field.**
- **Hands-on experience in project management / coordination and construction of buildings in contractor's organization.**
- **Good construction knowledge and coordination skills with sub-contractors, consultants and clients.**
- **MS Office and AutoCAD.**
- **Able to work systematically, diligently, committed and demonstrate leadership.**
- **Possessed own transport.**
