**Position Title**:

- Supervisor (GPS)

**Reports To**:

- PPC Engineer

**Role Purpose**:

- The position is to assist the Executive Ops to ensure smooth operation in GPS and MABES Operations.

**Key Accountability**:

- Profitability
- To ensure all manpower claims towards MABES & Group Property are accurate in term of (Per Head /OT Req )
- Profitability
- To supervise warehouse activity are completed based on timeline given and shipment accuracy based on requested items to avoid penalty charges.
- Customer Experience
- To give high commitment in delivering customer satisfaction in term of no late opening of Store/ Manpower arrangement & Staff attitude with respective customer.- Inventory Management
- To supervise and control inventory based on IN/OUT goods or damaged goods.- Supervise staff training record including ADP/MDP permit renewal for MABES. and staff arrangement based on critical or urgent task on all areas both GPS and MABES
- Ensuring all staff are compliance towards safety health and security based on Organization mission and visions.
- Communicate job expectations, challenges and changes to team members.
- Monitoring / investigate any damaged equipment’s. (Tractor) and the maintenance of Tractor / Forklift Maximize warehouse efficiency and delivery of Products towards customer based on request.
- Leadership role towards team members. To show strong leadership in terms of making decisions or any changes.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum STPM or Diploma/ or more than 5 years of experience in handling warehouse activity and staff management
- Special / Professional Certificate:
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken- Areas of Experience:

- Warehouse activity and basic airside operations
2. SAP process for warehouse activity

**Personality Traits**:

- Positive attitude and punctual
2. Minimal supervision and critical thinking in making decisions.
3. Good communication skills and behavioural assessment for subordinate
