Production Superintendent

Job Description: - Responsible for planning the department staff structure, and effectively implement and maintain the quality management system within the department. - Coordinate and control the entire manufacturing process. - Introduce and develop proper workflow or system to ease the production process. - To ensure production lines are not interrupted and all planned and scheduled processes proceed at the most effective, efficient and work-environment safe manner and costs. - Resolve problems by analysis and investigations. - Supervise and maintains subordinates by training and developing personal growth opportunities.
