**Job Description**:
This position is to support activities to deliver an effective, efficient, and proactive Quality Management System to enable business success by ensuring fulfillment of established internal and external standards/guidelines such as required by ISO 9001, 14001, 22301, 45001, and Responsible Business Alliance.
- Detailed oriented mindset.
- Responsible on the maintenance, and improvement to the Quality. Management System specifically on the online document database (PCN and Document Center).
- Responsible to manage the approved document release and maintain the latest version in the document center. Maintain document master lists, systematic document filing and good records management.
- Conduct verification/ audit to ensure valid documents are at point of use.
- Perform follow up with respective department(s) on the Quality System matters (Doc Control, PCN, ERN etc) and engineering change document closure.
- Hold authority to reject the submission in the document control system if not meeting the document control requirement.
- Provide support to end user for online document control system and conduct system training / briefing on the on-line document control system.
- Follow up with relevant IT personnel or related parties when the system malfunction.
- Managing the e-Calibration system with equipment process owner to ensure no equipment overdue in system. Support in the new equipment registration and training with new / existing user.
- Responsible for the internal part number and Oracle PDH part number creation and maintenance.
- Support the New Hire Orientation training for IMS/Quality.
- Assist in ensuring the functional business risk (in area of assigned responsibility) are adequately identified and mitigated at best possible level.
- Responsible for the health and safety of individual at workplace.
- Accountable for the assigned departmental KPI results.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma in any relevant discipline.
- Prefer to have working experience in related field or manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Computer literacy (E.g. Excel/Word/Power Point)**.**:

- Familiar with the Quality Management System and ISO9001.
- Knowledge in ISO14001, 22301, and/ or 45001 will be added advantage.
- Strong verbal, written, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
