**Responsibilities**:

- Understand and fulfilling task relevant to operate a food & beverage outlet.
- Able to learn inside-out about tea-based beverage outlet including skillset to brew the beverage based out in-house recipe.
- Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders.
- Preparing and serving beverages such as tea and other specialty drinks.
- Working at highest standard at all times to ensure outlets product and service quality.
- Answering customers’ questions about menu choices.
- Promoting and recommending menu options to customers.
- Taking payment from customers.
- Keeping the work environment and cafe seating area clean, sanitary and organized.
- Responding to and resolving customer concerns or complaints.
- **On-job Training will be provided**

**Requirement**:

- **No prior working experience** required.
- Prior working experience in Food & Beverages Outlet is an added advantage.
- Able to work as a team to achieve outlet target and ensure smooth outlet process.
- Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfil task on outlet operations.
- Have a typhoid vaccine before start working (can be claimed)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 per month
