IT Technician

**JOB TITLE: IT TECHNICIAN -YDIL SOLUTION**

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our organization's computer systems and networks. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and end-users.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and devices.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, including hardware and software problems.

Provide technical support to end-users, both in person and remotely.

Set up and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates and backups.

Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.

Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and recommend upgrades or improvements as needed.

Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Qualifications such as Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia tahap 3 and above or any other related certificate are considered advantageous.
- SPM level education and 1-2 years of relevant experience will be considered.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience working as an IT Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
