Chargeman Bo 11kv

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to carrying out all duties as a certified BO chargeman from Energy Commission Malaysia (ST) refer to Electricity Supply Act and Regulation 1990.
- Ensure all laws and regulations related to electrical system and installation are comply and assist to liaise with authority such as ST, TNB and others regulatory governing bodies (related to Electricity Supply Act and Regulation 1990) with the approval from HOD or management.
- Ensure current and new (if any) installations, operation and maintenance of 11KV electrical system is executed in such manner that meets the quality specified as well as safety and health requirements and always comply to legal requirement especially.
- Handle electrical consultant routine inspection and update status from the inspection on electric supply condition to HOD and management as refer to Regulation 66 and 67 ESA 1990.
- MV - responsible for all the distribution power equipment such as transformer, HT and LV switch gears, protection relay/system, battery charger and its corresponding to the planned schedule maintenance.
- LV - responsible for implementing plant maintenance on main distribution panel, sub-DB for machine, equipment, lighting, power, lightning system, air condition system, building maintenance works / improvement, air compressor, proper identification at distribution panel and etc. related to the electricity aspect and providing recommendations to minimize re-occurrence for short and long-term solution.
- Conduct monitoring, trending and tracking of daily power consumption and power quality as well as initiate preventive maintenance to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failure.
- Fully conversant with latest energy savings methods and requirements.
- Overseeing solar system at factory, warehouse and working closely with contractor especially during maintenance activities at our factory premises as to comply S&H aspect from ESH department and Legal compliance refer to Electricity Supply Act 1990 (Act 447) and guidelines on solar photovoltaic installation and net energy metering scheme.
- Responsible on to developed and maintain Safety Management Plan in line with requirement under section 33A & 33B, ESA 1990.
- Ability to liaise with ESH Department or regulatory department to ensure compliance on firefighting facilities at transformer, MV and LV switch gear room.
- Provide support to immediate superior in any ad-hoc duties if any.

**Requirements**:

- BO Chargeman (11KV) certified from Energy Commission (EC) or Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST)
- Minimum 2 years working experience on 11KV system
- Advantage for those graduates with certificate or diploma from engineering discipline
- Possess positive attitude, self-motivated and self-discipline
- Excellent or moderate on written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
