**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up hardware and installing and configure software and drivers
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Providing assistance in dealing the problem or error of computer system
- Diagnose and provide the instruction of repair remotely
- Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality
- Arrange maintenance sessions to amend inefficiencies
