1. Responsible to repair and maintain all woodwork, electrical, plumbing, fires protection system and metal.

2. Utilizes modern technologies to reduce expenses and increase efficiency of employees.

3. Repair all wooden equipment, furniture, electrical, plumbing, masonry fire protection and related fittings within Complex premises.

4. Repair and make good tables, chairs, sofas, stools, trolleys etc.

5. Make or repair partitions, doors, windows, signboards and bulletin boards, boxes and cupboards, etc.

6. To paint, varnish; spray all woodwork, walls, and metal work throughout the Hotel.

7. Construct cupboards, shelves and other furniture together with fittings as required by the Management.

8. Repair or change door stoppers, closets, hooks, hinges, locks and rubber linings, curtain rails, etc.

9. Repair or renew ceiling tiles for the Complex.

10. Making of decorations and models for functions and festivals.

11. Fixing of lanterns and spotlights for all functions, including changing of all blown bulbs, in function areas, ballroom, and Complex public areas and back of the yard areas, offices and staircases.

12. Fixing of backdrops and staging.

13. To perform duties during safety and fire operation drills as and when the need arises.

14. To co-ordinate and report to HT Chargeman or his assignee and keep inform of movements to enable him to locate in case of emergency.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
