As an E-Commerce Executive / Assistant, you will support the team in digital sales and marketing activities.
- Product Listing across all platforms, Lazada, Shopee, Website, Carousell
- Create listings to be used in the next month Promo
- Updating of pricing of products to match monthly promo
- Product Research - See if the product is doing well and worth to bring in for various brands
- Order Fulfillment - Handle the fulfillment of Carousell orders or urgent orders
- Monitor inventory and update accordingly
- Assist in the design of creative briefs which include onsite activities, electronic direct mails, ads and social posts
- Assist in the creation of contents and manage the blast dates
- Support site operation management (e.g. scheduling of banners)
- Manage social media content for respective brands
- Liaise with Freelancer/ Designers on artworks
- Able to liaise well with e-commerce corporate partners
**Qualification**:

- Experience working with E-commerce platform
- Tech savvy
- Independent and capable of working effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Graphic design background an added advantage
- Ideally with knowledge of Photoshop, video editing, Google Analytics, Adwords
- Diploma or with at least 2 years experience

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
