- Implement system architecture to help transform/modernize our organization’s Enterprise Collaboration Platform. - Deliver solution design of collaboration services. - Act as a lead technologist with a broad understanding of technology and focus on leading digital workspace and collaborations solutions.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Analyzing business needs to architect relevant solutions & automation process. - Managing solution architecture risk, taking countermeasures and recognizing conflicts in the design. - Supporting cross-platform End2End design. - Supporting technology selection and proof of concepts. - Designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture. - Provide supervision and guidance to development/operations teams. - Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed. - Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented. - Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have. - Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs and budgets.

- Minimum 5+ years of work experience as a Solution Architect or similar role. - Knowledge and strong experience with designing solutions using the Microsoft Productivity suite, Zoom platform, VMWare Workspace solutions. - Hands-on experience designing/deploying/managing VMware's Workspace ONE suite of products, Zoom collaboration solutions and Microsoft Productivity suite. - Certification on VMWare, Microsoft, Zoom certified professional will be an added advantage. - Leverage deep technical expertise in configuring, deploying, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise grade on-premise and cloud productivity/collaboration solutions. - Troubleshoot problems affecting enterprise productivity/collaboration solutions-system based on a clear understanding of mobile and end-point operating systems such as Android, Windows and macOS.
