**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for delivering the Casino KPIs and execution of the Casino Asia Strategy under the supervision of Head of Casino, the Casino Expert focuses on understanding our customers, product and regions, implementing tactical plans to hit key KPIs through initiation and execution of promotions and campaigns for conversion, retention, reactivation and cross-sell; player segmentation and analysis; games release management, performance analysis and repositioning; operational efficiency and development of strong profitable provider relationships.
**Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Lead and own casino projects related to new providers, lobby management, product improvements, campaigns and team activities delegated by Head of Casino or initiated by Casino Expert from beginning to completion ensuring successful execution with ongoing feedback.
- Partner with Marketing and relevant teams to support the Head of Casino to develop and execute the casino campaign plan, roadmaps and player communication including campaign briefing, defining customer segments, brainstorming with copy-writers and designers, signing off assets and marketing materials with the objective to meet the Casino KPIs.
- Perform prior and post campaign analysis to identify areas for improvement, create an effective follow plan and conclusions or take appropriate action.
- Responsible to propose and optimize various strategies that increase player engagement, website performance and operational effectiveness.
- Liaise with Fraud, Payments, CSD and various teams in day-to-day casino related operations and escalations.
- Works closely with Game providers to maintain a deep understanding of their products according to Pinnacle Casino Strategy and KPIs and build good relationships that help mutual growth.
- Regularly review games performance and pro-actively highlight any new trends for consideration as well as lobby recommendations for consideration.
- Investigate and take immediate corrective action to mitigate losses to the business.
- Assists in improving the Casino product, performing user-acceptance-testing of new features and proposing website upgrades that will improve results.
- Understands the business, financial and marketing metrics in view of casino strategy and works with numbers-driven analytical approach to constantly monitor and optimize ROI.
- Understand how Pinnacle campaigns and the Third parties campaign tools operates while being fully aware of player strategies and mechanics
- Keep up-to-date with market and industry knowledge and ensure all games offerings and relationships with suppliers are compliant with all relevant regulations
- Reporting to Head of Casino
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Ability to recognize player activities that are either beneficial or detrimental to the business.
- Has strong data-driven and analytical approach
- Ability to make decisions, present solutions and multitask
- Self-driven with a positive and hands-on attitude, with strong interpersonal skills
- Must be methodical, focused and highly organised with good attention to detail
- A great team player, able to prioritize and work independently with little supervision where needed
- Must be flexible and able to prioritize efficiently while maintaining confident and dynamic approach.
**Knowledge & Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in online gaming industry of which 1 year in online casino with Asia focus
- Very good understanding of online casino bonuses and game products
- Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree is preferable but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and spoken command of English
- Excellent written and spoken command of Chinese language. Other Asia Language is considered a plus.
- Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Experience of working in a multicultural and dynamic environment
