Job Description For HR/Admin Executive - Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for day-to-day office and administrative tasks including the following: a. Invoicing, Data entry, filing and etc b. Manage and handle basic accounting duties c. Maintain systematic and traceable filing system and safekeeping of documents and records d. Perform inventory/stock count and monthly stock report e. Prepare all documentation and filing for accounting process and assist in all admin related work f. Manage, check & control petty cash g. Follow up with debtors on payment 2. Manage and handle HR management related tasks. 3. Prepare required HR reports and analysis (eg. Recording, maintaining, monitoring attendance, annual leave tracking, staff entitlement claims, petty cash and etc.) 4. Manage and apply/renew all required permits/licenses from relevant authorities 5. Assist in planning, developing, controlling, organizing company policies, business plans, and other documentation. 6. Responsible for recruitment of employees and analyzing performance of staff 7. Undertake any adhoc tasks assigned from time to time by the manager or upper management. 8. Must fullfill KPIs set by management Working Days: Monday - Saturday Dress Code: Smart & Casual. Requirements: - Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Finance or Business Administration or equivalent - Minimum of 2 to 3 Years working experience - Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia - Dynamic person with a high degree of integrity & passion - Strong leadership and organisational skill with effective communication skills at all level - Good analytical skill - A good character (no criminal record) - reference check is required - Exceptional leadership skills, highly disciplined and very committed for work accomplishment.
