IT Technician

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Protect company computer system and electronic data from unauthorized use, malicious programs and theft

MAJOR TASKS
- LAN and infrastructure planning and maintenance
- Network management and maintenance
- Server maintenance and management planning
- Microsoft software and implementation of standardized set
- Paperless office (E-commerce)
- Server room maintenance management

SUB TASKS
- Application of software patch updates
- Application of anti-virus software updates
- Hardware computer and server maintenance
- Disable unneeded network services
- Protect personal information
- Daily system Database data storage.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

- Diploma, Professional certificate or above in related IT field.

EXPERIENCE:

- Fresh or 1-2 years’ experience in information technology function.

KNOWLEDGE:

- Preferable IT computer hardware & Network requirements.
- Preferable Hardware and software systems upgrade policy.
- Preferable Legal provision of environmental issue.

SKILLS:

- Preferable Computer server repairing and network infrastructure.
- Preferable Production network plan and infrastructure

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
