Associate Tester

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand business needs, gathering and defining detailed test cases that serve the project testing requirements with attention to details and translating it to SIT & UAT scopes.
- Configure products in Enterprise Product Catalogue and Billing product catalogue.
- You are required to deliver service requests based on the committed timeline with quality assured by understanding the business needs, detailed requirements and design review to define the scope of user acceptance test within the context of each delivery.
- Develop test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to products & services quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan. And, continue to work with various business stakeholders to improve customer’s experience of products/services launched.
- Responsible to carry out step by step User Acceptance Test (UAT) as per the test plan with highest quality assurance for optimum customer experience before new product roll out.
- Work with the cross-functional teams to roll out new products on a timely manner. Key parties you would work with would include but not limited to Marketing, Customer Service, Technology and Finance.
- You are responsible to adhere the way of work in service requests processes, test cases documents and all processes for testing as per standards defined.
- Your responsibility will also include prepare the report of service requests activities like weekly service request updates, test results, defects discovered and their status.
- Report to Supervisor on service requests deliveries status and other day-to-day tasks.
- You are required to drive improvement initiatives to improve way of work within the department and cross department.

**Merits**:

- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology/Telecommunications/Marketing or equivalent.
- Good communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
- Added advantage if possess coding/scripting knowledge or experience.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
