Account Assistant

**Job description**
- Ensure timely updates of accounting entries (Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable) and handle daily accounting tasks.
- Prepare and maintain debtor and creditor aging reports accurately.
- Issue invoices and diligently follow up with receivables.
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.
- Familiarity with Autocount accounting system is an advantage.
**Job Requirements**:
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
