**Responsibilities**:

- All Tasks related to full set of accounts
- Closing Account must complete per company schedule
- Prepare overall & project reporting per company schedule
- Sales invoicing, DO issuance & sales collection
- Cash Flow Management
- Audit task - Internal & External
- Prepare & submit tax estimate and tax related matters
- Work with Auditors, Secretary Officers, Tax Agent on all associate tasks
- Liaise with Bank & handle all the banking related matters
- Prepared financial reporting per company schedule, which include - overall & project - P&L, B/S, Cash Flow, Budget & Variance
- To assist in accounting related tasks, such as handle petty cash and key in vouchers / journals and handle matter pertaining to directors.
- Government Tax Process
- Job position will be commensurate with your current position and experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
- Experienced in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
- Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
- Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
- Organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
