Shah Alam, Malaysia Besroc Flooring Specialist Sdn Bhd Full time

Work closely with site team and report to project coordinator to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor worker, coordinate and supervise site activities and ensure all are according to the drawings, construction plans, procedures and specifications.
- Prepare site daily report for interim valuation/ progress claim submission.
- Record and report any delay in works.
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary documentations are submitted accordingly, follow up to get approval by main contractor/ client, properly filed and stored.
- Attend all site meetings.
- Liaise and coordinate with main contractor and others trade at the site.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ara Damansara: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
